Warranty Policy

When you purchase your Cherrybottoms product directly from us at www.cherrybottoms.co.uk we agree to give you a 6 month no fuss replacement warranty on the following:

• Broken Zips 
• Broken Poppers 
• Faulty stitching 
• Faulty PUL 

Warranty is voided if you do not follow our wash and care guidelines, or your item was not purchased direct with us. We do not cover preloved items. 

We do not cover general wear and tear or the following in our warranty such as, however not limited to:

• Damage to your product from not following our wash & care guide such as, but not limited to: using bleach, soaking, washing at too high temperatures, leaving dry pailed longer than 3 days.
• Bobbling, pilling, catching, or balding to materials from usage. 
• Accidental damage, such as, but not limited to: Items which have been caught in the washer door.
• Items with Broken zippers or poppers past the 6 month warranty period. 
• Staining.
• Relaxed elastics.
• Leaks.
• Colour run. 
• Booster shrinkage (this is normal for natural materials).
• Slight variances in popper placements. 
• Any modifications made such as, but not limited to: cutting labels or adding poppers. 

Please note replacement items may be subject to availability of the print and item originally purchased. We will do our best to match this, but should it be out of stock we will provide alternative choices. 

You will need proof of purchase from ourselves, and a clear photograph of the fault.

We aim to keep our items manufactured to a high standard, however please bare in mind that they are hand made items and some variances/wear and tear from usage is normal. We apologise if your item(s) have fallen through the quality control and have a quirk. We value your custom, and we will always hold our values in coming to fair resolutions.
