Postage

What postage service do we use? 

We use Royal Mail to post to you. Occasionally a courier service may be used. 

We aim to dispatch orders in 48 working hours (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Any delay notifications will be displayed on our website home page.

Orders will reach you generally within 7-10 working days. 

We currently offer:

•Royal Mail 48 Tracked only.

Royal mail allow 10 working days from postal date, before lost claims can be started, please bare this in mind if you are contacting us to enquire about lost items, as there may just be delays in your area. 

If you miss a delivery, follow Royal Mail's instructions to retrieve it. 

Prices for postage can be found at the check out stage, as this will be the most up the date. 

Do we ship internationally? 

At this current time we are not, sorry.
