Refund policy

 Can I return my items purchased? 

We allow refunds for items returned under 14 calender days from your purchase date. Unfortunately if you request to return after 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. This is to make sure the item(s) are saleable. 

To complete your return, we will require a receipt showing proof of purchase from ourselves www.cherrybottoms.co.uk. Please email us at info@cherrybottoms.co.uk. 

If you return your item, you will be responsible for the postage cost incurred, to ensure the item makes its way back to us. You may want to consider a tracked postal service. You should cover the value of the package when posting back to us, and keep a receipt of proof. You will be responsible to claim through the postal service if the parcel goes missing, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility. 

Any postage promotions given at the time of purchase will be deducted from your refund if no longer applicable. For example, If we deducted postage for spending over £40, and the return brings your order total under £40, the postage cost we paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund amount.

We will refund you once we have recieved the item(s) back in the stated condition(s) above. We aim to refund 7 days from receiving. Please be aware your bank processing can take up to 10 days. We can only refund to the original account and payee.

Sale Items

All Sale items are final sale and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
