When we were setting up we knew we wanted to give back in the form of donating to charities.
I discovered Work For Good (which help make donating for businesses easier) when I messaged Tommy's charity to ask about having a charity nappy.
The fundraiser is set up so that £1 per Minky Pocket Nappy in Burgundy Fall print sold goes to Tommy's charity.
Tommy’s is an organisation of caring and committed people who refuse to accept that 1 in 4 pregnancies have to end in loss or premature birth. Across the UK their dedicated researchers, doctors and midwives are finding causes and treatments to save babies’ lives. They also provide free trusted information and support for everyone before, during and after pregnancy.
We have experienced being part of the #1in4 statistics, and we have also experienced the opposite side of watching my 26 week premature nephew pull through, and my 32 week premature niece, too. The support from charities working with the hospital was immense - so we knew through personal experience, to support Tommy's would and will be an amazing achievement.
